GPAX SSMD carrier is a precision embossed carrier manufactured in compliance with industry standards: E.I.A. (Electronic Industries Alliance) and I.E.C. (International Electrotechnical Commission).

Material:

A conductive polystyrene, or other material as specified by customer, with minumum thickness of 0.3 mm (0.013") up to 0.5mm (0.020"), fully compatible with either PSA or heat seal cover tape.

Widths:

32mm to 152mm, or customer specified.

Reel Size:

Supply reel diameters of 610mm (24.0").

Documentation:

Preliminary drawings and specifications prepared by GPAX for customer approval.

Tooling:

Designed and fabricated by GPAX International. Carrier produced for first article approval.
