Multiple packaging options include pocketed, partially pocketed and flat tape that allows large parts to sit above and below the tape surface. We stock a wide range of carrier and cover tape options, and will help you select the ideal material for your specific application. Although most applications fit within our standard 200 mm x 68 mm work envelope, we can readily engineer solutions that accommodate parts of almost any pitch and dimension with up to ±0.001" repeatable positional accuracy.

Our packaging solutions are offered as an easily managed and labor saving alternative to vibratory bowl and tube feeders. Automated tape feeding with on-reel splicing capability enables continuous production with no downtime. This packaging and automated feeding solution reduces the manpower costs associated with loading and resupplying trays, tubes, or bowls. Contained, organized packaging also simplifies warehousing and inventory management by tracking exact part counts through spent reel usage, and the protective packaging avoids the possibility of damaged and unusable components.
