GPAX, Inc. provides packaging solutions for many industries and is a single source process for many packaging needs. This comprehensive service includes tape design, system engineering and tape manufacturing. GPAX systems provide inherent and designed protective packaging during shipping, handling and storage. Repeatable location tolerances of ±0.001” are achieved with GPAX packaging system which eliminates the need for vision systems. Customer specifications, often in the form of part drawings, and Component Control Specification (CCS) drawings are used to plan a project. GPAX engineers and staff bring years of packaging experience in numerous industries to offer the most benefit to our clients for total process solutions.

Gaskets, seals, washers, O-rings, injection moldings, stampings, springs, electronics and automotive parts are just some of the parts packaged for automated assembly using GPAX packaging systems. These advanced systems utilize automated optical inspection equipment to ensure accurate part counts, orientation and presentation positions.

Packaging for medical parts such as disposable connectors, nozzles, thermometers, and scissors are another facet of GPAX capabilities. Saliva ejectors, evacuation tips and aspirator tips are a few examples of dental products that require safe and reliable packaging. Consumer product parts from finished buttons (chrome, brass and brushed nickel), keyboard keys and remote control (card sized) also are packaged.
